Home Sweet Home

That is right...

COOPER ROBERT SMITS

is home... weighing 5lbs 10.8oz and two weeks old exactly!

We got home this morning and are sooo excited!

I will post pictures and more information later but just wanted to let everyone know!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL OF THE PRAYERS, NOTES, AND INTEREST IN OUR FAMILY DURING THE PAST FIVE WEEKS!

It is five weeks and one day that we have been at the hospital DAILY between my bed rest and the NICU... this is not AT ALL what we had imagined or planned for this pregnancy but we take comfort in the fact that we serve a SOVEREIGN GOD who was not taken by surprise with ANY of this. We have cried (A LOT) , stressed, prayed, argued :), rejoiced, and sooo many other emotions... but without a doubt our entire family has had to rely on God to carry us through this... how anyone goes through tough times without the LORD is impossible for me to understand... we always had someone to cry out to in all of this... THANK YOU GOD FOR LOVING US AND BEING A PERSONAL GOD TO OUR FAMILY!
